come with us to the hospital.”

“Mr. Thaddeus, no matter what, I have to thank you for saving Evadne. Let’s all get on the plane
together.” Cassius calmly said to Thaddeus.
Thaddeus felt a lump in his throat, responding with a quiet, “Thank you.”
Evadne was once again embraced by him.
He held her carefully, as if she was something precious he’d lost and found.
