“I don’t know if Mai will become popular, but you, Laura Pine, will soon be.” Suddenly, Tom’s voice sounded from
outside the crowd.
Everyone was stunned, and they turned around to see that their boss was here. They frantically backed away.
Tom walked over gracefully. “Why are you guys still here at this hour? Do you want to work overtime?”
He was saying that jokingly but the next second, his eyes landed on Laura sharply.
