“Worth? What do you mean, Madeline?!” Karen was crossed.
Madeline’s expression was elegant yet stony. “It means I won’t be bothered even if you’re d**d.”
“Then… Then did you show up?!”
“Do you think I really want to come? It was Grandpa who pleaded with me, so I could only agree to come to deliver
the ransom. Initially, I thought of leaving after handing over the money, but they dragged me into the car. If I knew
things would turn out like this, I’d never have agreed to Grandpa’s request in the first place. Whether you’re d**d or

hands and pushed her to Karen. They then spun around and were eager to open up the bag to count the cash.
