“Nobody can live without making mistakes. As Long as they correct them, it shouldn’t be a big problem.
Why not consider giving them another chance if they acknowledge their mistakes? By doing so, they
may become more appreciative of the company and work even harder in the future.”
Eleanor put on a concerned expression and awaited Brian’s response.
Brian’s face was expressionless, and she could not tell whether he was angry.
