She begged God to keep her and the baby in her belly safe.

Suddenly, she felt warmth radiating towards her back.

Someone was hugging her.

As soon as Matthew walked into the bedroom, he saw Selina standing by the window, wishing at the stars.

Selina turned around.

They walked towards Selina and did a thorough examination on her. They checked her arms, neck, lymph nodes and every single nook and cranny of her body.

Both of them shook their heads after checking everything.

Selina's heart sank when she saw their resignation.

A faint thought cto her.

She might be completely hopeless.

Her last hope was shattered.
