Kevin noticed that Esther had a high fever, prompting his instincts as a doctor to grab an electronic
thermometer and measure her temperature. The result was astonishing-Esther’s forehead temperature
reached 39.9°C.
“Bradley, Esther’s fever is extremely severe. I strongly recommend taking her to the hospital, “Kevin
said.
A chilling coldness flickered in Bradley’s eyes as he replied, “Will you take responsibility if she
escapes?”

“Esther!” Bradley tightly gripped Esther’s delicate and fragile neck, his teeth gritted. “You will stay here
until Felix’s funeral is over!”
