Mandy held the cup, her heart filled with rage.

Why wasn’t the teacup filled with sulfuric acid?

Then, she could have just thrown it at Bradley and destroyed his face!

He had left her alone at the wedding and now wanted her to offer herself to him? Did he think she was to be

treated as he pleased?

“Your heart belongs to someone else, I wouldn’t—”

Before Mandy could finish her sentence, Bradley interrupted her domineeringly, “Mandy, if you’re willing to offer

yourself to me, I might consider it.”

“Isn’t the person you love… Esther?” Mandy tentatively asked.

Bradley held his cup as he asked in a mocking tone, “I love Esther?”

“Don’t you?”

Mandy thought about it. Bradley had taken Esther away from the wedding. Didn’t that prove anything?

Oh, right!

On top of that, he had signed the divorce papers the other day. Yet, when Esther fainted, Bradley didn’t even

pretend to be disabled. He just carried Esther away. Wasn’t that love?

If that wasn’t love, then what was?!

“Mandy, you’ve misunderstood.” Bradley took a casual sip of his coffee, looking disinterested. if Esther were the last

woman in the world, I still couldn’t love her.”

Mandy stared wide-eyed, not understanding what Bradley meant by that statement.

Bradley repeatedly said he didn’t love Esther, but his actions contradicted that!

“Why?”

Bradley turned to look at the greenery outside the French window. “That’s not a question you should be asking.”

If she were the real Mandy, she might be deceived by Bradley.

But the problem was…

In an instant, a bizarre possibility flashed through Mandy’s mind.

She remembered that Bradley hadn’t wanted to marry Esther back then. It was only because of Thomas’ forceful

demands, even threatening him with the Warner Group, that he had reluctantly agreed to marry Esther.

Why hadn’t Bradley wanted to marry Esther back then? Could he already have someone in his heart at that time?

“Mr. Warner, if I agree to offer myself to you, will you help me get through the current crisis?” she asked.

Bradley replied indifferently, “I won’t force you to make any decisions.”

Although Mandy didn’t quite understand why X wanted her to get close to Bradley, she had no choice but to go

along with Bradley’s proposal at this moment.

“Mr. Warner, I agree.”

Bradley stood up. The light shone on him, casting a tall and imposing shadow. “I’ll assign relevant personnel to

handle the follow-up arrangements. Right now, you’re coming with me.”

Mandy asked hesitantly, “Now?”

“Now.”

“Okay.”

Mandy sent a message to Liora explaining the situation. Then, she and Bradley boarded a helicopter and arrived on

a small island in Southeast Varnusia.

The salty sea breeze blew across her face. She gazed into the distance, but all she could see was the endless sea

and white seagulls flying over it…

“Keep up.”

Mandy didn’t have time to think about it and hurried to catch up with Bradley. She had just taken a few steps and

was already sweating from the heat.
