Cedric's lips pressed into a thin line. "Nothing much." "Oh really?" "What do you think he said?" "I wouldn't be asking you if I knew," Noelle replied matter-of-factly.
Cedric pondered briefly and was relieved that Magnus hadn't gotten the chance to say anything yet.
Both sides fell silent after that, and Cedric was the first to speak. "If there's nothing else you want to say, get srest." "Alright, goodbye." After hanging up, Noelle decided to head to the gym and work on her boxing skills. If she were stronger, she wouldn't have been so powerless in the situation she encountered last night.
