Chapter 464 Xenia's voice trembled with fear as she shouted, "Noelle, what nonsense are you talking about? My dad is already dead!" She was afraid the Liddells had found something, as she had always believed she was safe. After all, if Sean had not contacted her himself, she would not have known he was still alive.
With that in mind, Xenia thought there was no way the Liddells could have known, either. Yet, the fact that Donovan had secretly been investigating the car accident all these years sent chills down her spine.
Xenia wondered if Donovan had found anything and whether the person who had hacked her phone a few days ago was Noelle or Donovan.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtNoelle smirked as she watched Xenia's face turn pale. So even this bitch could get scared, huh? She had hidden the truth for so many years and had never expected that the Liddells were still digging into that car accident! Donovan frowned and spoke up, "Noelle, Xenia's father is already dead. There's no way he could be a suspect." "If the accident was suspicious from the start, then maybe the person who supposedly died didn't actually die," Noelle said, staring straight at Xenia. "What do you think?" "M-My dad is dead! Noelle, you're saying this on purpose, and it's way too cruel. If my dad somehow survived that accident, then wouldn't that mean your parents could've survived, too?" Xenia's mind raced, quickly coming up with an excuse. She had to insist Sean was dead-no matter what. The Liddells were only suspicious, but they had no proof.
Her eyes turned red as she looked at Donovan, choking on emotion as she said, "Donovan, Noelle can insultall she wants, but she has no right to talk about my father, who passed away!" Upon seeing Xenia cry, Donovan's heart immediately softened. She turned to Noelle and snapped, "You're going too far. Even a dead man isn't safe from you?" Noelle found it ridiculous that Sean was being called a dead man. After all, he was very much alive.
"Noelle, are you seriously dragging my dead father into this? Do you actually think he's still alive? If anything, I'd be the one who wants him to be alive the most," Xenia said, carefully testing the waters.
Noelle narrowed her eyes at her. "It's just a suspicion. Why? Feeling guilty?" Xenia argued, "I'm not guilty. I just think what you're saying is absurd. You, of all people, should understand how I feel-you lost your parents that year, and I lost my father, too." She deliberately put on a strong, understanding facade. Deep down, she let out a quiet sigh of relief. It seemed like Noelle was just throwing out random guesses.
If Noelle had hacked her phone that day and actually seen her conversations with Sean, she would have exposed everything by now.. Yet, Noelle had not mentioned a word, which could only meanshe had no evidence-she had not discovered anything.
Just then, Tilly walked up to Noelle. "I found out. It was actually Mrs. Cantrell, the so-called 'Queen of the Media,' who made sure the reporters left." "The Queen of the Media? The Cantrell family?" Noelle frowned. In her past life, the Liddells had no real connections with the Cantrells.
Donovan's lips curled into a cold smirk. "Noelle, do you see now? I've been going easy on you all this time. But if you keep being stubborn, don't blme for what happens next."
Noelle stood still, her whole body turning cold. She looked at Donovan and said "You're in such a rush to shutup. What's the matter? "Are you scared? Noelle, let's see how long you can keep up this act. All I have to do is lift a finger, and I can crush you!"

Xenia smirked and adjusted her form-fitting designer dress, flaunting her curves.
"If you beg me, maybe I'll tell you." Noelle scoffed internally. "Dream on."
She glanced at Xenia's smug expression and then at herridiculously oversized chest. Without hesitation, she reached out and pulled the padding out of Xenia's bra.
