about her like her childhood experiences by chatting with her parents. They would often mention things

“Also, from now on, no matter what problem you run into, remember to call me. You’re not allowed to
ask Serenity for help anymore,” said Terry.
‘Serenity’s my friend. It’s normal for me to turn to her for help,” she argued.
He chuckled softly as if he was mocking her. “If you keep turning to Serenity for help, Jackson Valor
might assassinate you.”
Lisa shuddered and said, “You’re exaggerating.”
“Exaggerating?” Terry raised his eyebrows, “Jackson Valor is not a generous man. From our trip to San
Marco, you can tell how important Serenity is to him. The closer you and Serenity are, the more jealous
he will be.”
