Jim's declaration made Charles and Rosalyn exchange a nervous glance.
Rosalyn let out an exhale and fixated her earnest gaze on Jim's face. "Jim, you have to really
consider this. You've refused when I wanted you to marry Bonnie, and now that she's ended

you won't regret your decision in the future."
"I won't." Jim let out a small laugh, gave Charles and Rosalyn a bow, then strode into the
room.
Standing motionless as he watched Jim leave, Charles finally turned to glance at Rosalyn.
