Chapter 1875 Sandy was ready to snap back. But then it hit her-her dad had shown her the photo, and she'd picked the guy herself.
"I thought you looked good in the picture, but seeing you now, well, you're just so- so," Sandy tried to backtrack, a bit flustered.

That was debatable. Sandy was feeling a bit off about the whole thing, like she'd seen him somewhere before but couldn't quite place it.
"If there's nothing else, I'll get going. Thanks, Ms. Sandy, for the hospitality," Odie said, getting up.
Sandy blinked in surprise as she saw Odie about to leave. "You're just going to walk out like that?" "What else?" Odie replied with a straight face, "I'm really busy. I don't have tto hang around and go shopping or sightseeing with Ms. Sandy." And with that, he was making his exit.
Seeing him stand, Sandy quickly moved to block his path. "Hold on! What's your deal?" "I'm sorry, Ms. Sandy. If I've done anything to upset you, I sincerely apologize," Odie said, showing a hint of impatience, but sticking to the polite refusal his mom had taught him. "I've got other things to handle, so I'm off." "Wait! Odie, stop right there!" Sandy called out, her face stern, rushing to cut him off. She planted her hands on her hips. "I've changed my mind. You seem pretty interesting, and I'm willing to get engaged to you." Odie's brows shot up in disbelief. "What did you just say?" "Let's arrange a meet-the-parents. I'm looking forward to it," Sandy declared, leaving Odie feeling like a product waiting to be signed off on.
She strutted out of the restaurant and hopped into her car. Her driver noticed the stormy look on her face and asked, "Miss, did things not go well with Odie?" "What a nerve that guy has! Doesn't like me? Who does he think he is? Does he think he's sbig shot? Does he even realize how many people worldwide want to marry me? I'm livid! If I don't set him straight, I won't be called Sandy!" she fumed.

Sandy was already plotting how to make Odie regret his attitude. Just m ssmall-tfamily and they May tshould consider it their lucky day to even meet her, yet he had the audacity to be choosy. She couldn't wait to see him pleading for mercy.
The butler watched her with a resigned shake of his head. With their young lady's fiery temper, who would dare take her as a bride in the future? Poor Odie was in for a rough ride. Back at the Pollard estate, Sandy found the living room empty, but the kitchen was buzzing with activity.
"Harold, what's cooking?" she asked, poking her head in to see Angelo at the stove. "Whipping up dinner, what else? But there's none for you; your brother said you already ate out." Mentioning dining out hit a nerve. "Don't even mention eating to me! It just makesmad," Sandy huffed.
