Without thinking, Hannah dropped to her knees, almost in reflex.

Heather got up, walked over, and stopped beside Hannah. Then she stared down without a word.

prepared herself for punishment when she ate a meal with Ralph. Hannah felt calm instead now that

Hannah’s shoulder. “That you’re ready to fly solo?”

Pain shot through Hanna’s shoulder. No matter how much she looked like her sister, she was no match
