Chapter 98 Goldie was stunned to have found her second chance mate in the Dark Moon pack of all packs. During Sheridan's welcparty, many prominent men attended, but she did not find a second chance mate, thinking that the moon goddess had given up on her because she rejected her cheating mate.

Alpha Nick could not believe what was happening. Dustin's mate was Sheila's cousin? Well, he was happy for them but could not congratulate them until he saw Sheila. Goldie seemed to be the only one in the yellow Bugatti La Voiture Noire, so he moved to the next one.

Bending slightly to see who was in the car, a familiar voice spoke behind him. “What made you walk past the first to the fifth car?" Alpha Nick turned around at the sound of her voice. Sheridan wore an off-shoulder white dress, slightly below the knee with four-inch stilettos. Her appearance was semi-formal, and the wind disheveled her hair slightly, giving her a S*xy vibe.

Her beauty was stunning, and everyone, especially the mates of the four visiting Alphas, took interest as they had not expected to see the Alpha King's daughter here with her seven brothers. It was not yet tfor everyone to welcher, as Alpha Nick had not finished admiring her.

"Sheila." Alpha Nick ambled to her, wrapping his arm safely around her, with his head buried in the crook of her n*ck, taking in her sweet cologne scent. Sheridan closed her eyes, so many memories rushing through her mind, as she hugged him back.

When she sat in the car beside Arnold, she saw Alpha Nick looking all regal, but just when she thought he was coming to open the door for her, he walked past the first car in which she sat to the fifth one.

Confusion brewed in her mind when Arnold rather cto open the door for her. From the way he held her, it was evident that he missed her a lot. Alpha Nick had changed so much, and she could not deny that it warmed her heart.

"For a moment, I was afraid you stooped me." His voice was almost teary. Life for him was only complete with her presence, and the moment he saw her, nothing else mattered.

"I could do that alone but not when you are promised by the Alpha King himself," Sheridan responded without trying to break from his embrace. It was heartwarming to be back, and she did not feel the pain she thought her return would bring her.

All they wanted was to show that Sheridan had her family's support. The middle-aged woman met her halfway, embracing her affectionately. Sheridan's brothers were already acquainting themselves with the other visiting Alphas and their mates.

"Ma'am, I'm very sorry for not keeping my promise," Sheridan apologized, Athena pinched her cheek playfully.

"I never blamed you, but where is the n*cklace?" Her expression was stern, saying, "you promised to always wear it." Athena was still wearing her emerald bracelet, making Sheila guiltier.

"I'm so sorry, but I saw the pictures, so I hid it, but it should be in my jewelry box." The day she discovered Alpha Nick's picture in the pendant, she felt betrayed but was not regretting putting it away.
