Everyone who knew William was aware that he was head over heels for someone.
Despite constant questioning from his friends, William never revealed who this person was.
William was a teetotaler. While holding a glass of orange juice, he smiled and said, “Today is my birthday. Let’s shoot the breeze about something else.”
His buddies exchanged glances, understanding he wouldn’t let the cat out of the bag.

“It’s a charm I got from a fortune-teller friend. I hope it keeps you safe”
Brittany couldn’t bear to look at his legs. Every time she thought of the accident, she felt so much guilt that she would tremble.
William took out the bracelet, inspecting it closely. His eyes were filled with a smile, “Thank you.”
