Isaac was a man who never knew moderation.

After Brittany had drifted off to sleep, Isaac, clad in his pajamas, made his way to the study.
Nathan was on a break, leaving his tasks in the capable hands of Derek, who was already there, waiting in the
study.
“Marcel is stirring up trouble.”
Isaac had gained great fame, and Marcel couldn’t have just sat still. Who knows what schemes he was concocting
against them.
“Keep a close eye on him.”

patched things. up. When are you planning to make it official?”
“I’m planning a proposal.”
To be precise, the preparations were nearly complete..
Derek’s eyes lit up, “Need any help?”
“No need.” Isaac shook his head, determined to take care of this personally.
Derek clicked his tongue, marveling at the transformative power of love – even making a typically detached man
like Isaac plan a proposal ceremony himself.
“Is Nathan coming back tomorrow?”
“Yeah, we’ve talked.”
Isaac pulled open a drawer, retrieved a folder and said, “This is a new project. I’ve assessed it with Wesley Tueley,
it’s promising. Take another look, and if it’s solid, get it moving.”
“Will do.”
After that, Derek left.
After his departure, Isaac received a call.
“Mr. Salter, Marcel is planning to marry Zella Anderson.”
Nathan’s voice was hoarse, clearly not fully recovered.
“Are you certain of this?”
“Absolutely, it seems Marcel made the move.”
“Also, the task you entrusted to me have been completed. In three months max, Grandeur Capital will be nothing
but a shell. Marcel will find himself with a multibillion liability rather than an asset!”
Nathan had to admire Isaac’s cunning, trapping Marcel in so little time.

Isaac knew full well this needed to stay hidden.
Brittany had only just forgiven him; revealing these machinations would risk everything spiraling out of control.
Once Daniel left, Brittany and Isaac enjoyed an intimate period together.
And soon, it was Brittany’s birthday. She rarely celebrated it – having lost her mother young, and with Robert hardly
a caring figure, preoccupied with lavishing attention on Patrina, who would remember her birthday?
But this year, something felt different.
Isaac seemed to be up to something, probably planning a surprise. Brittany sensed his secretiveness but chose not
to confront it. Instead, she played along, affording Isaac more freedom to execute his plans.
