When | got back to my room, | stood in front of the window and looked down.

| thanked him. | took the cup and was about to drink it when he asked, "Do you want to go back?"
My hands quivered, spilling the tea a little.
After a moment's hesitation, | took a sip of tea and looked at him, saying, "Yes."
Jordan nodded, his bearing remaining cool. He pouredanother cup of tea and said, "I'll be going to the north
tomorrow. You can cwithif you want t 0."
| pursed my lips. "It's not that easy forto leave
now."
Jordan smiled slightly. "Don't worry. Milan owesa favor and won't do anything to you."
Things were not that simple. If Milan had a grudge with Theo, he would not easily letgo when | served such a
