I lay on the bed, and just as | thought, there was almost no way | could fall asleep. It was especially hard for me
to fall asleep when Theo was not around.

My temples throbbed in pain as | closed my eyes. | sat on the chair and looked at Miss Woods, asking, "Can you
poura glass of water?”
She quickly nodded and poureda glass of water. After watchingtake a few sips, she continued, "I'll make
soatmeal for you later. Have that and go back to your room to have srest. If you really can’t stand it,
then I'll go to the hospital with you."
My shoulder was extremely sore. | figured it was caused by my lack of rest, so | nodded slightly.
| remembered that | forgot to call Heidi back yesterday. When | recalled it now, | hurriedly took out my phone and
called Heidi. The call was answered after just a few beeps.
"Do you have tnow, Miss Wanda?"
I nodded. "Yes."
"I'll go to your place in about an hour."

| sat in the living room to watch the TV. When Heidi arrived, she saw my heavy dark circles and was startled.
