Chapter 524 It’s Nice To Have A Dad

Skylar had decided to make Lover's Tower one of the many surprises he would give Yulia. He wanted

to propose to Yulia at the peak of the tower when they eventually arrived at the capital. He wanted Yulia

to become the luckiest girl in the world.

"Yes… Yes sir, I'll get to it right away," replied Dianne.

After hanging up the call, Skylar noticed that it was about time to pick Lola up from school, so he

headed straight for her kindergarten.

"Daddy, daddy, you actually came back!" Lola rushed over to Skylar excited as soon as she noticed

"Whoa, slow down there honey, don't slip." Skylar rushed over and carried Lola into his arms. As soon

as she was in Skylar's arms, she hugged his neck and nuzzled against his body. "I missed you, daddy!"

Lola exclaimed.

Skylar's heart melted after hearing that. So, he kissed her cheeks and said, "I missed you too, honey."

"Daddy, did mommy not come with you?" Lola asked.

"Your mom has some work to take care of right now. Let's pick her up together." replied Skylar while

patting her head.

"Yeah, let's pick mommy up!" Lola nodded.

Lola was ecstatic when she noticed the mountain of toys and snacks at the backseat of the car. While

snacking, she said, "Hey daddy, the singing competition will begin in a few days, can you go with me,

daddy?"

"Of course I will, honey. I want to watch you win!" Skylar said.

Lola was delighted to hear that. She felt warm and was glad to have a father around.

Yulia spent the next few days dealing with setting up a branch office in the two cities she previously

visited. Although she had received plenty of reliable help and support, there were still things that

required her attention, especially in human resources. After a round of discussion, she made Naomi the

Lola's singing competition finally began five days later. Apparently, the standards had been raised then

as it was organized by the capital. The competition was against every single kindergarten in the city.

Anyone in Cloudtopia that met the requirements could participate. However, only children shortlisted by

their kindergarten could advance into the actual qualifying competition. The qualifiers were held in a

stadium in Cloudtopia. The top three finalists would be able to represent Cloudtopia in the finals.

Although Skylar was not a fan of singing and dancing, he would give his daughter his full support

because it was something Lola enjoyed. So, he drove Yulia and Valerie to the stadium. They were

greeted by plenty of parents in the spectating bleachers. It seemed that the competition was important

to those parents. However, as soon as they got seated, they were greeted by someone taunting the
